Rent furnished room (12m2) in a luxury apartment facing the park. It is 82m2 with 2 other rooms, one occupied by the owner and the other by a student. Separate bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen.
I am looking for a discreet and non-smoking roommate.
I am young at heart and sporty, I like to chat but also have quiet moments to read and study.
The room is refurbished. Composed of a sofa bed with a good 140cm mattress (double), a desk and a closet with wardrobe, shoe storage, coat rack and mirror.
Green private residence, with caretaker and video surveillance. Free parking on the street and bicycle storage.
