Room in a duplex near the Sagrada
The owners' bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor, so the student retains their privacy. Cleaning is carried out every week by us. The neighborhood is calm and promotes concentration and rest. The metro stations are a 5-minute walk away and there are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. I am a retired French teacher and my husband works in a cultural center.
All charges are included in the rent and the student has access to all rooms of the duplex (kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace). It is an ideal place to study and relax. Additionally, a sports center (with swimming pool) is located opposite the apartment.
