I am offering a room for rent, with a balcony. Ideal for a young student, in a villa shared with other young people aged 20 to 32. The place is quiet, the house is located in a dead end and has a garden. It is located near the Rond-point du Grand M, in a pleasant, welcoming and clean area. Parking is available in front of the house. Public transport is nearby, with bus number 17 (Vivaldi stop), a stone's throw from Parc Montcalm and the Halle Tropisme.
Cohabitation is between serious and responsible young people. There will be four of you in the house in total.
