If you are a foreigner and looking for a change of scenery in France, it's perfect, we will have things to teach each other. If you are French, too bad, it's good too 😉
You will have a private room with a lock, double bed, chest of drawers, lighting... in a 110 m² house, 3 bedrooms, 40 m² living room, 20 m² kitchen... farmhouse including various friendly inhabitants each in other apartments.
Large plot of 2.5 ha around the farmhouse, surrounded by fields, close to the forest and the Couesnon, less than 10 m from the shops and the motorway to Rennes, Mont Saint-Michel or Fougères...
