Room in art deco building in the very center
The 1903 apartment is located in the city center in the pedestrian zone but is in the backyard and therefore remains very quiet.
There is no parking on site but parking on the road in neighboring streets or covered parking lots 5 minutes from the market.
2 food stores and bakeries are located directly on the street. Restaurants, cinema, shops are in the immediate vicinity and the bus/tram is less than a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a dishwasher and washing machine.
We are a Franco-German family and have a little baby a few months old and a dog (Australian Shepherd) 2 years old.
We are a quiet family who loves cooking, board games and creative arts. We ideally look for tenants who share these passions.
