Room-Living room for rent
I would be in a small room myself but very often on long-term trips for the most part but I will keep a small pied-à-terre if I have to deal with urgent matters.
The second person will be present in their own room on average one week out of two. You will therefore have the apartment alone for part of the month
You will simply have to share the bathroom / toilet and the fridge when we are present.

The shared rental is a stopgap for a period of approximately two years - extendable if necessary and if all goes well.
