Cette chambre se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et donne sur petit jardin, au calme (équipé d'un salon de jardin).
Cuisine toute équipée comportant lave linge séchant, lave vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, micro onde, four, réfrigérateur avec petit congélateur.
Salle de bain avec douche à l italienne.
La cuisine et la salle de bain seront le cas échéant à partager avec les occupants d'une 2ème chambre au rez de chaussée. Chaque chambre à sa propre clé.
Décoration récente.
A 5 min à pied de tous les bus et tram et 20 min à pied de la gare et du centre historique de la ville. Parking gratuit dans la rue ou les rues alentours.
