ROOM RENTAL
The future tenant, in addition to the use with the owner of the bathroom and toilets, will be able to have access to the garden and terrace as well as the kitchen in agreement with the terms and conditions with the owner, the latter living on site. Access to the room for rent is direct, so there is no need to go through the living room and the kitchen, hence a minimum of confidentiality...The room has a TV , desk, window, cupboards, fairly substantial wardrobe.
