La situation de la maison est excellente pour aller en ville à pieds et trouver des commerces de proximité. La chambre est très spacieuse, mais a un accès difficile par un escalier très étroit, voir dangereux pour des personnes âgées surtout pour redescendre. Douche et lavabos très petits.
