I am offering for rent a 11 m² room in my apartment, which is located in a peaceful condominium. I describe myself as someone simple, friendly and respectful. The apartment is ideally located: the metro, line 11, is a short distance away, allowing you to reach the center of Paris, including Châtelet, in about 20 minutes.
You will find several shops nearby for your convenience. Spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom and toilets will be shared. The kitchen is accessible for breakfast, with coffee, tea, chocolate and baguette available.
