Room with View of the Market Square, La Varenne (94210)
Less than 30 minutes from the center of Paris (RER A, La Varenne-Chennevières station 5 minutes walk from the apartment) I am renting a 14 m² room, furnished and bright, in a T3 (66 m²). Access to the kitchen, the bathroom (possibility of doing two washing machines per week), the toilets. The living room is not shared because I work and sleep there.
I am 62 years old and my daughter is 24 years old and we both work in communications. We have a very cuddly cat. Serious, warm and communicative, we would be delighted to welcome you to La Varenne Saint-Hilaire in Saint-Maur des Fossés where you will find the spirit of a Parisian shopping district with, in addition, the charm of the banks of the Marne.
Profile sought: student, active adult with "standard hours". Respectful, caring person. Regular maintenance/cleaning of the room to be done by yourself.
