Double bed (160*200, very good bedding), bed linen/bath linen provided (all in double).
WELL-EQUIPPED kitchen of 9.40 m2, washing machine available. Functional shower room.
Shops 550 m away. Transport: Line 4: stop 600 m away, then direct journey (13-14 min) to the Bouguen campus (IAE, IUT and EURIA). Line 2: stop 400 m away, to the city center (train station in about 15 min). Free and very easy parking (dead end); very quick access to the RN12.
My house is reversed: I live upstairs where I have my own kitchen and my own bathroom (bathroom and toilet). THE GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN AND THE GROUND FLOOR SHOWER ROOM (see photos) ARE INTENDED FOR THE TWO TENANTS: THESE TWO ROOMS IN THE RESIDENT'S HOUSE ARE THEREFORE SIMILAR TO AN AUTONOMOUS SHARED ACCOMMODATION.
