Possibility of extension up to 9 months.
The deposit is refundable within 3 days following the end of the sublease contract if no damage or unpaid debt is noted.
The apartment is through, comprising an entrance, a dining room, a kitchen, a living room, as well as 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC.
I have a very sociable cat who lives in the apartment.
A cleaning lady comes once a week to ensure complete maintenance of the apartment (participation fee of 200 CHF per month and 50 CHF per week).
Smokers are accepted, but only on the landing or on the balcony.
