Shared accommodation in a house and garden 100mm2
Je loue une chambre pour une personne seule, sans animaux, dans une maison de 100m2. Taille approximative de la chambre : entre 20 et 25 m2. La chambre est meublée avec : un lit deux personnes, un portant neuf, une armoire, une étagère et un petit bureau neuf. La chambre a été repeinte en bleu et possède de la tapisserie.
Le prix est de 355 euros, charges incluses (eau, électricité, internet). Un dépôt de garantie de 355 euros est demandé en tant que caution. Une assurance habitation est obligatoire.
La maison est meublée et la cuisine est équipée de plaques de cuisson neuves, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four et d'un micro-ondes. Il y a également un lave-linge disponible.
Le jardin de 100 m2 est très agréable, avec un barbecue et des arbres fruitiers. Une table est mise à disposition pour profiter de l'extérieur.
L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, à proximité immédiate de l'arrêt de bus "La Reille" et à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. Le quartier est dynamique avec des boulangeries, une laverie, un corner, etc.
N'hésitez pas à venir visiter ! La maison est en cours de rénovation, avec un bilan énergétique en cours.
