Shared accommodation in a house and garden 100mm2
Je loue une chambre meublée d'environ 25 mètres carrés.
Le jardin de 100 mètres carrés est très agréable, avec un barbecue et des arbres fruitiers. Je loue une chambre meublée pour une personne. Le prix est de 375 euros par mois pour une personne avec les charges. La chambre est équipée, avec bureau, armoire, étagère, etc. Elle est également repeinte. La maison est meublée avec cuisine équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, etc.), lave-linge, plusieurs réfrigérateurs et congélateurs. Je demande une caution pour un mois de 375 euros, caution restituée à la fin. Il faudra aussi avoir une responsabilité civile pour l'assurance, comprise dans Roomlala.
L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, à proximité immédiate de l'arrêt de bus "La Reille" et à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. Le quartier est dynamique avec des boulangeries, une laverie, un magasin d'alimentation, etc. N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour toute visite ou réservation. Les fumeurs devront fumer dans le jardin.
