Nous proposons cette maison pour 2 colocataires qui disposeront des espaces communs et de leur espace indépendant :
- Pour le premier : à letage, une chambre 16m² avec placards + un bureau a l'étage également (pas d'autre pièce a l'étage, il est donc a l'usage unique du premier colocataire).
- Pour le second : au rdc, un espace isolé des parties communes de 30m² repartis en 3 pièces : une chambre, un dressing et un bureau.
Le loyer est de 1000€ par mois, avec environ 200€ de charges (eau, électricité, gaz), soit 600 euros par personne.
