Cohabitation with locals. The room is clean and quiet, with a comfortable 90 x 190 bed. No kitchen possible, but you can reheat meals. Shared bathroom with shower. Sharing of amenities in compliance with the rules of life, given on arrival.
Beautiful 123m2 apartment located on the top floor with elevator and 2 panoramic balconies. Non-smoking (use of balcony allowed), pets not allowed. Close to shops, car parks and bus stops.
From Annecy station, 10 minutes by bus no. 3 Altais / Chavanod from the Gare Sud stop to the Renoir stop. The building is located opposite the stop, accessible from the parking lot with barrier located high up behind the bus shelter.
20 minutes on foot along the Promenade du Thiou.
700 m from exit 16 of the A41 Annecy Centre.
Free parking: along the avenue, at the Théâtre des Collines and at the Cran-Gevrier Tennis Court.
