Beautiful 123m2 apartment located on the top floor with elevator and 2 panoramic balconies. Non-smoking (ok balcony), no pets allowed. Close to shops, car parks and bus stops.
From Annecy station, 10 minutes by bus no. 3 Altais / Chavanod from the Gare Sud stop to the Renoir stop. The building is located opposite the stop, accessible via the parking lot with barrier, located high up behind the bus shelter.
20 minutes on foot via the Promenade du Thiou.
700 m from exit 16 of the A41 Annecy Centre.
Free parking: along the avenue, at the Théâtre des Collines and Tennis de Cran-Gevrier.
Arrival on weekdays from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and flexible on weekends. Departure before noon.
