Mon appartement est à 2 minutes du bus numéro 18, du magasin Denner, de la pizzeria et du restaurant chinois, accessibles en 2 minutes à pied. L'université est à 18 minutes en bus et à 12 minutes en voiture. Le SIPAC est à 1 minute à pied, la patinoire de Malley à 5 minutes à pied, et l'appartement se trouve en face d'un parc. Il y a un joli balcon à partager, une chambre calme, et aucune rue passante à proximité.
