Spacious and renovated shared accommodation 82m2 - metro 11 / RER E
I am renting a renovated apartment.
Before renting it, it will be renovated with a painting of all the walls, a new fitted kitchen, an Italian shower, the knocking down of the kitchen partition to create a large living room of 30m2, and the changing of the floor.
The apartment is composed of:
- An entrance with storage
- A large living room with a fitted kitchen and a balcony
- An Italian shower room with double sink
- A corridor serving the 3 bedrooms (10.5m2, 10.5m2 and 12.5m2 with dressing room)
The large bedroom has its own balcony, while the other 2 share a common balcony. The residence, renovated in May 2024, has a private garden.
Metro 11 and RER E are a 7-minute walk away, near the Westfield Rosny 2 shopping center. The city center with all the shops and the market is also 100m away.
The lease must be bare, even if I will see with the roommates to take charge of the layout of the living room, if necessary.
