Studio for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and other events
I rent my studio in Le Mans in my house for events on the 24 hours or Bugatti circuit, in particular for the French motorcycle grand prix in April or May and for the 24 hours of Le Mans in June, for Le Mans Classic, the 4 days, the 24 hours trucks. The rate is 70 euros per night for 2 people plus 10 euros per additional person (maximum 4 people) for a minimum of 2 nights, rate for events. Possibility of putting an additional tent in the garden.
The studio includes a small fitted kitchen with fridge, mini-oven and microwave, dishes, a bathroom with toilet, a mezzanine for 2 people and a sofa bed below, as well as a terrace with table and chairs. Located in a quiet area close to the city centre, within walking distance, it is served by bus no. 5 and the tramway via the Préfecture stop, in the heart of the city, located on the adjacent street to take you on the circuit.
