The apartment benefits from a location just 3 minutes walk from the Gambetta metro station (line 3) as well as various shops.
It is important to respect the calm of the apartment, so no noise is allowed after 10 p.m., for the well-being of the neighbors.
Located on the 5th floor of an old Parisian building, the apartment does not have an elevator.
