Three out of five rooms are free. Friendly house with a common area of 50 m², an ultra-equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs, 2 toilets, a terrace. Secure rooms, from 10 to 12m², with a double bed and an individual key.
Easy transport: nearby bus stop for the TGV station and the metro, just 3 minutes by car from the city center, and quick access to Lille. Bakery shops, grocery store, Mondial Relay, Carrefour City, Lidl, Intermarché, Grand Frais between 2 and 8 minutes on foot.
The rent includes 60€ of charges (eligible APL), including water, Internet, electricity, cleaning, printer subscription and Amazon Prime. The conditions: individual lease for monthly rental, guarantor, young working/student roommates. deposit of 2 months' rent requested, 1 month of which cashed.
