The house has a little garden on the south and a terrace on a NorthWest side, comfortable to eat and relax. Bus#45 for EHL is 5min walk. Metro M2 for downtown is 3min walk. Commerces and 24/7 gym center are 7min walk.

Our focus is on cleanliness, (weekly our housekeeper professionally clean the common areas). The house is situated 10min away from the heart of Lausanne just 3 mins walk to VENNES metro station and 5min to bus station #45 for EHL. Food commerces are near by to prepare your meal in the shared kitchen.
