The living room opens onto a 10 m² south-facing balcony where a high table and stools await you to share convivial moments.

The rent per room is €400 + €50 = €450 all charges included.

Pedestrian access opens onto Boulevard Limbert, offering you the main bus stops for urban lines. From this nerve center, you are at the entrance to Rue Thiers which serves the city center and Place Pie.
