Double bed (160*200, very good bedding), bed linen/towels provided.
WELL-EQUIPPED 9.40 m2 kitchen, washing machine available. Functional shower room.
Shops 550 m away. Transport: Line 4: stop 600 m away, then direct journey (13-14 mins) to IAE, IUT and EURIA. Line 2: stop 400 m away, to the city center (train station in about 15 mins). Free and very easy parking (dead end); very quick access to the RN12.
My house is reversed: I live upstairs where I have my own kitchen and bathroom. THE GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN AND THE GROUND FLOOR SHOWER ROOM (see photos) ARE INTENDED FOR THE TWO TENANTS: THESE TWO ROOMS IN THE RESIDENT'S HOUSE ARE THEREFORE SIMILAR TO AN AUTONOMOUS SHARED ACCOMMODATION.
Very quiet house. I am sociable and discreet. I am looking for two CALM AND CLEAN people, respectful of others. NO WAY TO BE AWARE. Thank you!
