Rent a room for a student in Le Havre
I am renting a room for students starting in September. You will have access to the entire house with a small weight room and a punching bag. Garage for a bike, electric scooter, very large south-facing terrace, garden.
I am a 60-year-old man, calm so for a suitable person. I offer a monthly rent of €300 excluding food. Minimum rental of 6 months. Financial guarantee to be provided.
