Bathed in light and located in a quiet area, the apartment in which I live is a haven of peace in a village atmosphere on the outskirts of Paris.
The non-smoking apartment is double and typically Parisian with its (condemned) fireplaces in each room, its ceiling moldings, its creaking parquet floors and its country kitchen.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Hoche metro station (L5), the T3b tram, buses and shops (and there is, among other things, a delicious bakery just downstairs :)).
An 8-minute walk away, you will go to the Parc de la Villette, the Cité des Sciences, the Ourcq canal, the Philharmonie, the Cité de la Musique, the Zenith, and many others; attractive and cultural places to relax, listen to music, go to the cinema, see shows and exhibitions.
