My 40 year old son lives there and there is another room for rent or rent.
Located 7 minutes from the Saint Martin tramway or Rauze line 4 (between the center and the south of Montpellier), 10 minutes from the center and Port Marianne and 15 minutes from the sea by car.
You will have a single bed (140cm), sheets and duvet, a wardrobe, a desk and WiFi access. No living room, but you can take advantage of the kitchen for eating and access to the bathroom and toilets.
electricity, gas, WiFi, water, and tourist taxes are included in the price.
It is imperative to provide the deposit of €150 in cash or check which I will not cash.
