The 82M3 apartment is fully equipped and you will find everything you need (vacuum cleaner, household products, iron, board, etc.)
Two bedrooms (18m3 and 14m3) all furnished with a 160 bed with storage, a huge dressing room.
The living room is large and the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge). Gas cooking.
Located at the foot of Villa Arson, on Boulevard de Cessole, you are close to all amenities on foot. There is the bus at the foot of the building and the tram 8 minutes away.
I took my time to make this apartment as pleasant and functional as possible. Everything is thought out and thought through so that you feel good. It is important that you take care of this apartment while you are there!

There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small clarification which does not appear in the list of supplies made available in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfasts. Non-smokers preferred as a non-smoker myself.
