A retired couple, we offer a room for rent for shorter or longer periods to interns, students, people transferred or traveling in the region. The room of approximately 19m² is fully furnished with a 140 cm bed, a desk, a wardrobe, storage space and a television. The bathroom (shower) with WC is adjoining the bedroom. The kitchen is to be shared with the owners. Everything, full breakfast and all charges included (water, electricity, heating, wifi, bed, table and bathroom linen, etc.) for €340 per month. We also offer (simple) dinner 3 times a week. There is the possibility of parking a car in the courtyard.
