Very quiet neighborhood and building. 10 minutes from Odivelas metro station, it only takes you 15 minutes to get to the center of Lisbon. Uber and Bolt, much cheaper than in France, are also an excellent option. Personally, it is my favorite means of transport when I have to get around Lisbon.
