The family home is not new but in good condition. In addition to the very convenient location and surrounding facilities, shopping and transport nearby, the house is appreciated for its family atmosphere by students mainly.
The garden allows guests to relax, mingle and share a barbecue.
Our priority is cleanliness, (our housekeeper professionally cleans common areas every week). The house is located 10 minutes from the heart of Lausanne, just 3 minutes walk from the VENNES metro station and 5 minutes from bus stop #45 for EHL. Food shops are nearby to prepare your meals in the shared kitchen.
Everyone cleans their own room, disposes of their waste, cleans the stoves and all surfaces after each use for the well-being of the other guests.
