Attic Room On The Port Of Nice
The bedroom's roof window offers a lovely view of the street or courtyard, and you can admire the moon and the seagulls flying from your bed. The rooms are small, the ceiling gets very low (watch out for your head!). There is nothing we can do to change this. Also, we try to offer an advantageous rate for a clean room with good bedding, but we do not claim to offer luxury services. Your room will be a perfect place to rest after a day of activities, but will not be suitable for those who want to spend a lot of time there. It's ideal if you're looking for a charming, central little spot at a good price, meeting nice people in a hostel atmosphere, not if you're looking for a luxury stay :)

There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small clarification which does not appear in the list of supplies made available in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfasts. Non-smokers preferred as a non-smoker myself.
