Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night guard and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair!
