FOR RENT IN A QUIET ROOM IN A LIVING ROOM IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
My house is adjoining my son's family, his wife and their 2 children (4 years old and 1 year old). We are in a “country town” environment. It is possible to access a bus stop 10 minutes away on foot. There is a small supermarket and various shops 1.9 km away.
We are 13 km from Grasse, 15 km from Cannes and 21 km from Nice airport. We are 8 km from the University of Sophia Antipolis. If you have a car, you can park next to the house without problem. Possibility of bus on demand with Envy bus in the Casa area.

Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair!
