Furnished and quasi-private accommodation: "almost" because the kitchen serves as a passage for the 2nd roommate who lives upstairs (he uses his own kitchenette but he has to go through the kitchen to access his accommodation on the 1st and he stores there also his bike). Layout of the premises: Entrance is through the kitchen, in which there are 4 doors with keys. One leading to the available guest room, one to the other tenant's, 1 to the cellar and 1 to the courtyard. In the kitchen: - on one hand, a bedroom area and, on the other, a lounge area. - Small bathroom consisting of a shower + toilet. - Equipped kitchen Situation: -A large colruyt surface opposite, -A bus stop 50 meters away, with 2 possible destinations: One leaves from the town and goes to the city center of Liège and the other goes to Guillemins station.
