Hello, I am renting a room in my apartment. It has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe/dressing room. The common areas are shared (living room, kitchen and shower room). The apartment is non-smoking (except balcony). Close to all amenities, 5 minutes from Place Rocheville (served by many buses) and quick access to the motorway (towards Italy and towards Var) and the expressway (Cannes - Grasse). Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night watchman and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.

I am renting a furnished room in a private home, in a residential area very well served by the bus network. Lines 8 and 5 take you to the SNCF interchange hub, where you can make connections to the express buses to Sophia Antipolis. Lines 30 and 31 take you directly to the Carrefour hypermarket or to Juan Les Pins. The furnished room has a private bathroom, including a shower and a sink. View of the interior garden of the residence from the loggia. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. The door to the bedroom has a lock. A corner of the loggia is equipped with a clothes horse reserved for the occupant. The kitchen is shared, as is the refrigerator. Bed linen is provided. Access to the washing machine is allowed once a week. We speak French, English and Spanish.
