ROOM RENTAL
I am renting a room in my apartment. It has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe/dressing room. The common areas are shared (living room, kitchen and shower room). The apartment is non-smoking (except balcony).
Close to all amenities, 5 minutes from Place Rocheville (served by many buses) and quick access to the motorway (towards Italy and towards Var) and the expressway (Cannes - Grasse). The Leclerc supermarket is also a 10-minute walk away. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night guard and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small clarification which does not appear in the list of supplies made available in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfasts. Non-smokers preferred as a non-smoker myself.

I am a simple and outgoing person who respects everyone's place. The tenant can take his meals with me or in the room without leaving food lying around, as everyone pleases. The garden is pleasant on sunny days. While being in a very quiet location, we are close to amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop, etc.). Possibility of parking a car near home.
