Room to rent in a private home
The apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes from the bus stop and the Faculty of Letters of Carlone, 10 minutes from the tram and the beach. The center of Nice is easily accessible in 20 minutes.
The tenant will be able to do several washing machines per week. For meals, she is free to use the kitchen and use her dedicated space in the fridge and the closet.
I am a mother of two children, one of whom lives in Paris (the room was hers). There are currently three of us in the apartment: my husband, my 11-year-old son and myself. We also have a very nice big cat.

There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small clarification which does not appear in the list of supplies made available in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfasts. Non-smokers preferred as a non-smoker myself.
