Shared accommodation in a large apartment
The rent includes the bedroom, a large bathroom to share with another roommate, the equipped kitchen, the furnished living room, a large storage room as well as a hall/cloakroom area. Charges and cleaning of common areas are also included. Additionally, the house has a terrace and a shared garden with a barbecue. I am looking for a clean, calm person who enjoys community life.
I speak French and Spanish fluently, and I do well in English and Portuguese (Brazilian). I like boxing, yoga, dancing and having a drink!
The house is located 50 meters from a bus stop serving Allaman and Etoy stations. Bicycle parking is available.
