In 15 minutes a bus will take you to the city center where you can go shopping, try a small restaurant and in a few minutes you can reach the very picturesque old town of Nice.

Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small clarification which does not appear in the list of supplies made available in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfasts. Non-smokers preferred as a non-smoker myself.
